 Názov klubu FOP (Fotografia Očami Podtatrancov) symbolizuje hlavné poslanie klubu – fotografiou zachytiť krásu všedných aj neobyčajných momentov zo života Slovenska a sprostredkovať ju ľuďom, ktorí majú Slovensko radi, ktorí obdivujú jeho krásy, a ktorí často precestujú aj stovky kilometrov, aby túto krásu obdivovali.

The Club FOP associates the amateur photographers from the region situated at the foot of The High Tatras who take pictures of interesting moments of everyday life, beautiful Slovak nature and magic atmosphere of extraordinary places and corners... all that with their cameras while wandering around Slovakia.

The name of the club FOP (Fotografia Očami Podtatrancov - Photography perceived by people living at the foot of the High Tatras) symbolizes its main aim – to present, by means of photography, the beauty of prozaic and unusual moments of the life in Slovakia and to pass it to the people who love  this country who adore its beauties and who are very often willing to travel hundreds of kilometres to see and admire it.
